Beijing Capital Highway Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shoufa Group") was established in September 1999. It is a large state-owned enterprise in Beijing, responsible for highway construction, operation management, financing, and related industry operations in Beijing. The registered capital of the group is 30.578 billion yuan. By the end of 2014, the group's total assets exceeded 100 billion yuan, reaching 103.38 billion yuan, with a workforce of 13,700 employees.
