麦盖提县人民医院成立于1955年10月，是全县一所以医疗、教学、保健为一体的综合性二级甲等医院，担负着全县人民群众的医疗、预防、保建、急救、康复、医学科研和全县医疗卫生人员的专业技术培训工作。医院占地面积4.3万平方米，建筑面积3.1万平方米，设有门诊内科综合楼、妇科门诊楼、120楼、综合楼、服务中心楼、业务用房楼。现有职工552人(在编239人，自聘313人)，职称高级37人，中级54人。编制床位240张，开放床位600张，2024年完成门诊量近17.6万人次，出院3万余人次，医疗服务范围辐射
