Hunan Rural Credit Union

Hunan Rural Credit Union (hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial Union") is a provincial-level local financial institution with independent legal personality, established with the approval of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government and upon the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission. Entrusted by the Provincial Government, it performs the functions of management, guidance, coordination, and services for rural cooperative financial institutions (rural commercial banks, rural credit unions) across the province. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government manage the Provincial Union on par with a department-level unit. The Provincial Union exercises vertical management over rural credit cooperatives throughout the province. As of the end of December 2016, the balance of various deposits of rural credit cooperatives in the province was 749.9 billion yuan, and the balance of various loans was 397.2 billion yuan. Due to work needs, it is now openly recruiting 25 technology professionals from society.
