开展CAE分析相关的计划制定、分析优化、报告输出、体系建设及其他工作。
Carry out the planning, analysis optimization, report output, system construction, other work related to CAE analysis.
主要职责/Main Responsibilities：
• 对整车、系统及零部件进行相关空气动力学分析、刚度强度分析、疲劳耐久分析、NVH分析、碰撞分析、CFD分析、行驶性能分析等中的一种或数种分析。
One more of the relevant aerodynamic analysis, stiffness strength analysis, fatigue durability analysis, NVH analysis, collision analysis, CFD analysis, driving performance analysis, etc. of the whole vehicle, systems parts.
• 开展新项目产品中CAE分析相关工作，包括分析大纲制定、分析指标确认输入、分析模型建立、分析工作开展、分析报告编制与说明、优化方案制定与验证、实物试验结果对比分析等。
Carry out the CAE analysis related work in new project products, including formulation of analysis outline, confirmation of analysis indicators input, establishment of analysis model, development of analysis work, preparation explanation of analysis report, formulation verification of optimization plan, comparison analysis of physical test results, etc.
• 进行产品质量提升、VAVE驱动设计方案的相关CAE分析工作。
Carry out the CAE analysis of product quality improvement VAVE drive design proposals.
• 管理第三方委外CAE分析工作及审查第三方提供的相关CAE分析报告。
Manage third-party outsourced CAE analysis work reviewing relevant CAE analysis reports provided by third parties.
• 建立CAE分析体系，包括制订分析程序及分析标准等。
Establish the CAE analysis system, including the development of analysis procedures standards.
• 采购和管理CAE分析设备和软件。
Purchase manage the CAE analysis equipment software.
• 完成上级交办的其他工作。
Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求：
任职要求/ Qualifications：
• 汽车工程、力学、机械工程等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，2年及以上CAE分析相关工作经验者优先。
Bachelors degree above in automotive engineering, mechanics, mechanical engineering, related fields. 2 years above of CAE analysis related work experience is preferred.
• 熟练使用HyperWorks、Nastran、Abaqus、nCode、Adams、STAR-CCM+ 、Pro/E、Catia、AutoCAD等汽车CAE分析相关分析软件者优先。
Proficient in using automotive CAE analysis related analysis software such as HyperWorks, Nastran, Abaqus, nCode, Adams, STAR-CCM+, Pro/E, Catia, AutoCAD is preferred.
• 熟悉汽车性能、构架及关键零部件，具有较强的创新意识。
Be familiar with auto capability, truss key parts, high innovation consciousness.
• 良好的英语沟通能力，大学英语四级以上。
Good English skills, English CET4 above.
• 良好的敬业精神，认真负责的工作态度。
Good working spirit, good working responsibility.
