承德天宝水泥有限公司日产4500吨新型干法水泥生产线于2009年6月25日经河北省发展和改革委员会核准兴建。该项目由承德天宝矿业集团有限公司、宽城泰丰矿业集团有限公司、唐山润德水泥有限公司和宽城盛泰工贸集团有限公司四家企业合资兴建。投资总额为7.3亿元。主要建设内容及规模：日产4500吨熟料生产线、水泥粉磨站、9MW余热发电、3.5公里全封闭皮带长廊输送系统、矿山开采破碎系统。项目占地23.3万平方米。建设工程由宽城瑞丰建筑工程集团有限公司、中铁十八局建安公司和四川江油东超安装有限公司承建。该项目自2009年7月开始兴建，预计2011年9月全部竣工。项目完成后，年产熟料139.5万吨，年产水泥180万吨。年可实现产值7.2 亿元，利税1.89亿元，安排就业350人。
