Hanzhong Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hanwentou Group), with a registered capital of over 3.6 billion RMB, is the first mixed-ownership economic entity in Hanzhong, jointly established by Hanzhong Wanbang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the People's Government of Hantai District, Hanzhong City, the Management Committee of Hanzhong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaanxi International Trust Co., Ltd., and Hanzhong Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. Hanwentou Group mainly undertakes the investment and construction of the Han culture construction project in Hanzhong Xinghan (formerly Xingyuan) Eco-tourism Demonstration Zone. The project is located at the northern end of the central urban area of Hanzhong, covering a planned area of 27.7 square kilometers, with an additional 10.7 square kilometers reserved as a control and coordination zone. The investment and construction mainly cover livelihood housing projects, municipal infrastructure construction, and integrate tourism, leisure vacation, cultural entertainment, education and training, healthcare, elderly care and wellness, and arts and crafts industries. The company currently has more than 2,000 employees, including over 10 PhD holders, over 40 master's degree holders, and bachelor's degree or above accounts for 82% of the total employees. The Xinghan New Area project, implemented by Hanwentou Group, has a total investment of nearly 200 billion RMB, and its core cultural project was opened to the public in 2018. The project has received strong support from relevant national ministries and commissions as well as party committees and governments at provincial, municipal, and district levels. Since the comprehensive commencement of construction in June 2015, the project construction has been advancing rapidly. Against the background of increasing downward pressure on the economy, the Xinghan New Area project has created the "Xinghan Speed" with an average daily investment exceeding 100 million RMB, becoming a model of "catching up and surpassing" in Shaanxi Province. Hanwentou Group is committed to promoting Han culture and building a new Hanzhong. The Xinghan New Area project has been widely recognized by all sectors of society and has been listed as a key cultural construction support project by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance, awarded the "Pegasus Award" by the National Tourism Administration, and selected as a national recommended project for excellent tourism destinations.
