Beijing Zhennong Investment Management Co., Ltd. was established in March 2013 (abbreviated as "Zhennong Capital"), and is a professional company engaged in agricultural financial services, agricultural capital operation, and agricultural brand building. It is dedicated to solving the capital flow issues in the agriculture, rural areas, and farmers (San Nong) industries, while providing partners with professional advice and solutions in capital operation, brand building, and large-scale operation. Under the Shennong Trusteeship Project, Zhennong Capital has developed a standardized and mature agricultural project trusteeship model, along with a "farmers + agricultural trusteeship platform + agricultural-commerce" operation model featuring large-scale, standardized planting and sales. Currently, the promotion and planting area of the Tianen bamboo-willow seedling project alone has reached 40,000 mu, with seedlings convertible to the "bamboo-willow afforestation project" reaching 160,000 mu per year, generating an output value of 2 billion RMB. After conversion to afforestation, the annual pulpwood production will reach 16 million tons per year, with an annual output value of nearly 10 billion RMB. Since its inception, Zhennong Capital has established 15 marketing centers and 50 promotion centers nationwide, responsible for market expansion, follow-up services, and technical support. It is expected that by the end of 2013, this will expand to 50 marketing centers and 100 promotion centers, providing comprehensive agricultural financial services to customers nationwide. The current main business of Zhennong Capital is the Tianen bamboo-willow afforestation cooperative planting project, with a goal to complete bamboo-willow planting on 100,000 mu by March 2014, achieving an output value of 5 billion RMB. After three years, by the end of 2016, it aims to provide 100 million tons of pulpwood raw materials, with an output value of 6 billion RMB. Zhennong Capital will adhere to the principle of win-win for farmers, platforms, and agricultural-commerce entities, with a pragmatic and honest business philosophy. Through the entire industry chain of seedling cultivation, afforestation, timber cultivation, and buyback, using agricultural order sales as the pathway, agricultural finance as the leverage, and branch institutions as the platform, it will establish a circular value chain of research, cultivation, planting, and sales, providing professional, systematic, and convenient financial services to individuals and enterprises committed to the modernization of Chinese agriculture.
