1.跟踪合格评定领域的国家法律法规、监管政策、行业准则及国际规则动态，输出政策解读与影响分析报告，在公司内部进行发布、更新、转化。
2.牵头起草/修订公司合规评定领域的合规管理基本制度、专项指南，构建合规制度体系。
3.推动合规要求嵌入业务流程与规章制度，确保管理制度与认证检测领域监管要求一致性与可执行性。
4.负责公司内部行政管理文件、体系管理文件、业务流程文件的合规性评价。
5.组织开展国际业务合规风险识别、评估、分级分类，搭建海外合规风险预警机制，开展海外合规性要求对公司管理、发展和经营风险可能产生影响的初步评估并制定应对方案、措施。

任职要求：
1.法学、金融、经济类相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上大型央企/国企政策研究、合规管理或相关工作经历；
2.具备基础法律知识储备，熟悉《公司法》《反不正当竞争法》等核心法规优先；
3.拥有良好的逻辑思维能力与风险预判能力，能独立完成合规方案设计与执行落地；
4.出色的沟通协调能力，需跨部门协作推进合规项目，并有效对接外部监管机构；
5.工作细致严谨，责任心强，能在高压环境下保持高效执行力，适应阶段性高强度工作节奏。
6.良好的英语能力，有较好的国际视野。
