学历专业：大专或以上学历，机械设计、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业
工作经验：3年以上非标自动化设备或相关机械制造行业质量工作经验，有参与完整项目（从设计到交付）经验者优先
1、能熟练识读机械图纸，精通形位公差及其检测方法
2、熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、高度仪、硬度计、2.5次元等常规量具
3、了解基本的电气元件功能，能看懂简单的电路图或气路图
4、熟悉QC七大手法、8D、5Why等分析工具并能熟练运用
5、工作责任心强，服从领导安排，具有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力、执行能力等

岗位职责：
1、参与项目立项及设计评审，从质量角度审视设计的可制造性、可装配性及可检测性
2、针对具体项目，制定项目质量计划，明确质量控制点、检验标准及验收准则
3、装配、接线和调试过程中巡检，记录异常组织分析原因，并跟踪解决措施直至闭环
3、协助项目团队进行厂内设备验收，按照验收大纲测试设备功能、精度、节拍等形成出货报告
4、汇总项目验收前的质量问题，进行分类统计，建立质量问题经验教训库，为新项目提供避错指南
5、处理客诉，协调售后人员或研发人员分析根本原因，推动设计优化或工艺改进
