绿地国丰成立于2010年，公司坐落于辽宁省营口市仙人岛能源化工区，占地面积424亩。2023年11月份由福鞍控股全资收购，注册资金增加至1亿500万元整。绿地国丰是集基础研究、产品开发、生产、销售于一体的生产型企业。项目总投资14.7亿元，建设有50万吨/年电极焦装置、35万吨/年原料加氢精制装置、25万吨/年溶剂油加氢装置、10万吨/年包覆沥青装置、2万吨/年硫磺回收装置及与之相配套的储运工程和公用工程，公司共设立11个部门及车间，总编制约400余人，计划2025年底建设完成，建成后可实现年产值约40亿元，年利润2.5亿元。
