Jiangxi ENN is affiliated with ENN Energy Holdings Limited under ENN Group. ENN Energy (stock code 02688.HK, formerly ENN Gas) began engaging in urban pipeline gas business in 1992 and is one of the *largest clean energy distributors in China.
Jiangxi ENN was established in 2012 and is composed of Jiangxi ENN Gas Development Co., Ltd., Jiangxi ENN Vehicle Gas Co., Ltd., Xinyu ENN Clean Energy Co., Ltd., and Shangrao Renheng Natural Gas Co., Ltd. It has an Operations Management Department and a General Management Department. The Operations Management Department consists of Market Development, Engineering Operations, Dispatch Services, and Safety Management; the General Management Department consists of Administrative HR, Planning & Finance, and Performance Management. It has put into operation LNG and CNG vehicle/vessel natural gas filling stations in Nanchang, Xinyu, Jiujiang, etc. Currently there are Nanchang Wangcheng LNG/CNG Filling Station, Changnan LNG Filling Station, Xinyu Yushui LNG/CNG Filling Station, Yingtan Skid-mounted Station, and Xinyu Chengbei Station.
