4、负责数字后端相关项目文档的撰写
任职资格:
1、电子相关专业，本科及以上学历，两年及以上工作经验；
2、精通数字后端设计流程，熟悉集成电路制造工艺和设计规则；
3、有12nm以下工艺成功流片经验者优先；有DFT相关经验者优先；
4、熟练掌握设计及验证软件，如innovus,
pt, redhawk, calibre等PR,STA,PV类工具；
5、熟悉脚本语言，TCL,
Perl, shell, python等；
6、良好的沟通能力与团队精神。
