岗位职责
1、编写概要设计文档、详细设计文档；
与WEB前端及合作方进行接口联调，对服务端代码性能进行优化；
2、讨论项目需求、设计、代码编写；
解决日常工作中技术难题，如：高并发压力问题、无规律偶发问题等；
监控系统运行状况，提前发现隐患并解决；
3、良好的代码编写习惯和文档编写能力
维护和升级现有软件产品和系统，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷。
独立完成小型项目的系统分析，并完成编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量；
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业专科及以上学历，2年以上实际开发经验；
2、Java基础知识扎实，掌握SSM、SpringBoot、Springcloud、 MySQL或Oracle、任意一种MQ 、Redis 、ES、常用Linux命令
3、数量掌握Java I/O、集合、多线程、Socket基础知识，具有JavaEE开发经验；
4、掌握Tomact等WEB服务器，能够进行配置和调优；
5、熟练编写标准SQL，有Oracle、MySQL或PostgreSQL其中任意一种或多种数据库使用经验;
6、有Redis、MongoDB开发使用经验；
7、具备数据统计报表的研发能力，有使用第三方报表工具构建报表系统的经验；
8、熟练掌握建模工具、JVM分析监控工具、开发集成工具及常用插件。
9、流程驱动类的业务系统开发经验，如OA/ERP/招聘等系统优先；
