由中国外运股份有限公司投资兴建，以国际、国内货运代理、仓储和分拨为主业，以集拼、配送、电子信息为配套，以标签、再包装、查验、检测、融资、信息查询等增值服务为依托，发展国内外物流业务。
公司总投资2.61亿，占地面积约187亩，有6幢总建筑面积为67000平方米的高标准物流仓库，8000平方米的集装箱堆场，7000平方米的现代化办公楼及其他辅助设施。并配备有现代化的物流操作和物流信息系统。建成后将形成年货物吞吐量63.08万吨，集装箱吞吐量4.08万吨的大型物流基地。
