I. Basic Requirements for Applicants

(1) Possess good professional ethics, team awareness, and a strong sense of career and responsibility; have service awareness and dedication, be brave to bear work pressure, and identify with Jiujiang Bank's corporate culture.

III. Resume Submission

1. IV. Recruitment Process

1. Resume reception and screening. Screen resumes on a merit basis.

2. Group interview. Those who pass resume screening will be notified to attend a group interview. Those who pass resume screening for the Accounting Supervisor position can directly enter the theoretical examination.

3. Theoretical examination. Those who pass the group interview and relevant positions that can directly enter the theoretical examination after resume screening will be notified to attend the theoretical examination. The basic content of the theoretical examination is administrative aptitude test, banking laws and regulations and comprehensive ability, etc. The content and proportion of the theoretical examination will be adjusted according to different positions.



4. Personality test and comprehensive quality interview. Classified by applied position, based on theoretical examination scores, etc., determine the list of candidates entering the interview from high to low scores in proportion.

5. Decision interview. Classified by applied position, based on multi-dimensional personality test and comprehensive quality interview results, comprehensively determine the list of personnel entering this stage.

6. Medical examination and investigation. Uniformly organize proposed hires to undergo medical examination at designated hospitals. Medical examination standards refer to civil servant recruitment standards. Those who fail the medical examination will have their employment and signing qualifications canceled.

V. Others
