1、负责公司法务合规业务的日常工作，承担各类文书草拟、修订，档案分类、台账管理、归档维护工作；
2、根据公司制度规定，开展业务项目、合同协议、内部管理制度文件的初步合规审查；
3、负责合规管理工作，收集、汇总、分析合规相关信息数据，定期编制合规工作报告，起草、下发合规整改清单；
4、组织开展内部普法、合规宣教、风险提示等培训宣传工作，提升全员合规意识；
5、持续跟踪国家法律法规、行业监管政策更新，完成政策解读，结合公司业务转化为内部合规制度、操作流程与员工行为规范。
（二）任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，法学类专业，1-3年工作经验，应届生亦可；
2、熟悉建筑行业相关政策法规，对合规管理有基本的理解；
3、熟练操作办公软件，具备优秀书面文书撰写与口头沟通表达能力；
4、具备较强学习领悟能力，沟通协调能力良好，逻辑思维缜密，应变敏捷；
5、工作严谨负责，责任心强，认同兵团文化，恪守职业操守。
（通过法律职业资格考试、拥有建筑企业法务实操经验者优先考虑。）
