(2) Xinjiang Beixin International Construction Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinjiang Beixin International Construction) is a subsidiary of Xinjiang Beixin Construction Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. Its main operations are overseas, with construction scope spanning four major regions: Europe and Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. It has undertaken nearly 30 overseas projects in 13 countries including Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Burundi, Algeria, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Sierra Leone, Angola, and Venezuela. After more than ten years of development, it has relied on the construction industry to develop agriculture and building materials, continuously expanding its business scope. Currently, it has formed a three-board business system of construction, agriculture, and building materials, and a three-regional market layout of Africa, Latin America, and Central Asia. In the process of going global, it is striving to build a diversified, export-oriented, and international enterprise group, and has become an important overseas operation team of Xinjiang Beixin Construction Group. II. Main Project Introduction (1) Construction: Angola Social Housing Project The first phase of the Angola Social Housing Project is the largest EPC general contracting project undertaken overseas by CITIC Construction, with a total of 710 buildings and 20,000 housing units, with a total contract amount of 3.535 billion US dollars. (2) Agriculture: Angola Agricultural Project Currently, three farms have been developed in Angola, in Malanje, Uige, and Caculo, covering more than 20,000 hectares. They grow rice and corn and establish demonstration farms, achieving good performance. The agricultural production structure with Chinese characteristics has attracted great attention from the local government and neighboring African countries. (3) Niger Project The Niger road project subcontracted by Xinjiang Beixin International to the First Highway Engineering Bureau of China Communications Construction is located in south-central Niger, with a tropical grassland climate. The project includes 65km of roadbed, box culverts along the entire line, traffic signs along the entire line, and side ditch works along the entire line. The winning bid amount is 20.25 million US dollars. (4) Venezuela Project The TIUNA project is a key project of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela's Grand Social Housing Program. Groundbreaking has been made on plots A, B, and C, with a total of 40 buildings and a construction area of 383,800 square meters. Plot A, contracted by our company, includes 19 buildings with a construction area of 172,200 square meters. The contract amount is approximately 130 million US dollars. (5) Algeria Project The Algeria project mainly consists of social housing projects under the Ministry of Housing, with a total of 5,000 housing units, a construction area of 350,000 square meters, and a total contract amount of 1.6 billion US dollars. III.
