岗位职责
1、按项目计划完成后端功能开发、维护与优化；
2、主动发现系统性能问题并提出优化方案（如JVM、SQL、缓存、代码逻辑等）；
3、快速定位并解决线上业务异常、系统故障等问题，保障系统稳定运行；
4、参与系统架构优化、版本发布、部署及自动化运维工作；
5、协助完善日志监控、告警体系，提升系统可观测性与运维效率；
6、积极参与需求讨论，基于逻辑分析提出建设性意见，协助推动业务改进。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发或运维经验，熟悉JDK17+、SpringBoot/SpringCloud框架，具备JVM调优能力；
2、熟练掌握JSP开发与应用，能维护与优化现有前后端一体化项目；
3、熟练使用MySQL、MongoDB、Redis等主流数据库，具备SQL优化经验；
4、思维缜密、逻辑清晰，能快速理解复杂业务逻辑并梳理已有需求；
5、具备较强的抗压能力与执行力，能在高强度任务下保持高效率工作；
6、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，主动学习并持续提升技术水平，深入理解平台业务。
