南宁市城市应急联动中心位于南宁市双拥路48号，拥有我国*早投入使用的城市应急联动系统，通过应急联动系统进行突发事件信息的接报和处置是中心重要职责之一。南宁市城市应急联动中心是南宁市人民政府直属相当正处级公益一类事业单位，实行全额拨款的经费形式，由南宁市应急管理局代管，负责全市119、120号码的受理和110、122两个特服号码转来的各类报警案件及突发性事件、事故、公共事件、求助等事务的联动处置。
