哈尔滨市香坊区幸福医院成立于1960年，系一级甲等乡镇卫生院，门诊位于香坊区香福路100号，住院处位于香坊区香东街127-3号，业务用房面积共4200余平方米，开放床位100张。医院现拥有较先进的诊疗设备，如：美国GE公司生产的16排螺旋CT、胃肠镜、宫腔镜、腹腔镜、彩超、数字化成像系统DR、全自动生化分析仪、全自动血流变分析仪等，具有解决一些常见病、多发病及指导基层卫生服务机构的能力，能够满足幸福地区15个行政村屯以及新香坊地区共计13万余群众的医疗保健及治疗需求。 目前，医院以神经内科为大专科，同时带动呼吸内科、消化内科、心血管内科、泌尿内科、脑外、普外、骨外、妇产、肛肠、中医、口腔等各科室协同发展的集预防、保健、医疗、康复为一体的综合性乡镇卫生院。
