公司始建于1995年，厂址位于房山区阎村镇北坊村。毗邻中国原子能科学研究院。厂区面积十余亩，厂房面积3000多平米，办公面积500多平米，下设两个分厂：
一分厂主要从事电磁流量仪器仪表、核仪表、氧化锆等产品的研发、生产加工和销售；
二分厂主要橡胶机械（子午胎成型机）的配套件加工、组装；注塑机生产加工和销售。
现有设备近百台，构成有普通车床、数控车床、铣床、镗床、数控线切割、立式加工中心等一系列的加工设备。
2004年起年产值均超过500万元，2006年通过ISO9001质量体系认证。
