职位描述
1、负责 DDR（如 DDR3/DDR4/LPDDR 等）、USB2.0/3.x 等高速接口的 SI 仿真（时域/频域/眼图/抖动/串扰/反射等），输出设计约束与风险评估。
2、负责系统 PI 仿真（PDN 阻抗、去耦策略、压降/纹波、瞬态响应），制定电源分配与去耦网络设计规范。
3、针对分板连接（板对板/连接器）与板外线束/线缆场景建立全链路模型（IBIS/AMI、S 参数、TDR/TDT、线束模型等），开展端到端仿真与裕量分析。
4、与硬件/PCB/结构/EMC 团队协同，指导布局布线、层叠、阻抗控制、走线拓扑与回流路径设计，推动问题闭环与设计迭代。
5、建立并维护仿真流程与资产库（器件模型、材料参数、连接器/线束模板、约束规则），沉淀可复用的设计指南/Checklist/报告模板。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，电子/通信/微电子等相关专业，具备高速数字电路与电源系统基础（传输线理论、S 参数、时钟/抖动、去耦与环路等）。
2、有 DDR/USB 等高速接口的实际项目经验，能独立完成拓扑评估、约束制定（阻抗/长度/时序/走线规则）与量产可落地的建议输出。
3、熟悉常用 SI/PI 仿真方法与模型：IBIS/IBIS-AMI、S 参数、TDR、PDN 阻抗等；能处理连接器、过孔、分板、线束/线缆带来的不连续性。
4、熟练使用至少一种主流 SI/PI 工具链并能进行模型提取、参数校准与报告撰写。
5、具备良好的跨团队沟通与文档能力，能把仿真结论转化为硬件设计可执行项；有示波器/VNA/TDR 等实测与仿真对标经验者优先。
