Zhuoyue International Travel Service Co., Ltd., referred to as Zhuoyue Guolv. The company was registered and established in May 2008 with registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its headquarters is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is an international travel agency approved by the National Tourism Administration to operate outbound tourism, inbound tourism, and domestic tourism for Chinese citizens (Travel Agency Business License No. L-GD-CJ00205[1]), and a lawful enterprise approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce. The group has a Hong Kong branch - Hong Kong Zhuoyue International Travel Service Co., Ltd., referred to as Hong Kong Zhuoyue Guolv.

Company Overview
On May 20, 2008, Shenzhen Zhuoyue International Travel Service Co., Ltd. was established (hereinafter referred to as Zhuoyue Guolv).
In 2010, considering the comprehensive needs of the travel agency and tourists' travel, on July 22 of the same year, it joined Shenzhen Shenlv International Travel Service Co., Ltd. and established the Window of the World Sales Department. Outbound guests were handed over to Shenlv International Travel Service Co., Ltd. for operation. In September of the same year, the total number of outbound guests delivered reached 192, generating operating revenue of more than 1.3 million yuan.
In February 2011, during the annual evaluation, the Window of the World Sales Department of Shenlv Guolv Travel Service Co., Ltd. delivered a total of 1,286 outbound guests and generated total operating revenue of more than 9.6 million yuan, and was rated as the annual excellent sales department by Shenlv Guolv Travel Service Co., Ltd.
Due to our company's rapid rise in Shenzhen's group organization market, in April of the same year, relevant administrative persons in charge of CITS (Shenzhen) International Travel Service Co., Ltd. contacted our company's leaders and invited our company to join.
On May 16, 2011, our company officially joined CITS (Shenzhen) Guolv Travel Service Co., Ltd. and established the Huanyu Sales Department. From May 16, 2011 to now, on average every month our company has firmly remained in the top three in the monthly evaluation of CITS (Shenzhen) Guolv Travel Service Co., Ltd., with total outbound guests delivered reaching more than 2,600 and total operating revenue exceeding 17 million yuan. After 3 years of experience in outbound group organization, our company has fully possessed the ability and strength to independently operate outbound teams.
