【职责描述】
主导遗留系统架构分析与技术选型，针对COBOL、RPG、PowerBuilder等传统语言构建系统化迁移方案
深度解析核心业务模块，将复杂逻辑无损重构为基于Spring Cloud等框架的Java微服务
设计异构系统间的数据同步、接口适配及平滑割接方案，保障迁移过程业务零中断
构建自动化测试体系，通过单元/集成/对账测试三重验证，确保业务逻辑100%一致性
参与现代化系统全流程研发，推动遗留系统能力向分布式架构平滑演进
【任职要求】
3年以上Java开发经验，日语N3及以上水平，精通Spring Boot/Cloud生态，熟悉微服务架构设计模式
至少主导过1个完整遗留系统迁移项目（COBOL/RPG/PowerBuilder等均可），具备大型机/AS400/UNIX等平台迁移实战经验
深入理解金融/支付/银行核心系统特征，包括批量处理、强事务一致性、日切清算等业务场景
掌握以下至少一项传统技术栈：CICS/IMS、JCL、DB2 fz/OS、Micro Focus/RainCode迁移工具链
出色的代码逆向分析能力，能从千行级遗留代码中快速提炼业务模型与数据流转
具备技术方案编制能力，能够独立完成迁移评估报告、接口规范文档撰写
技术债有清晰认知，在"完美重构"与"业务交付"之间具备务实平衡能力
【加分项】
拥有COBOL实际开发经验或IBM认证
熟悉Tuxedo/WebLogic等中间件迁移场景
具备数据迁移一致性校验工具开发经验
参与过银行核心账务/信贷/支付系统重构
