贵阳久联化工有限责任公司是国家民爆器材定点专业生产企业，是由贵州久联民爆器材发展股份有限公司（上市公司）控股出资51%，贵阳市工业投资控股有限责任公司出资49%，注册资本为6356万元，依法改制成立并具有独立法人地位的有限责任公司，其前身原“贵阳化工厂”于1953年2月26日由贵阳市政府正式接管成立，为当时国内仅有的少数几家民爆器材专业生产企业之一。
