瑞威环保（丽水）丽水有限公司是一家专长于研究、设计和提供先进的固体垃圾处理和再生能源系统的专业环保能源企业。垃圾焚烧发电厂位于水阁街道潘田村。作为省、市两级重点工程，一期工程投资1.95亿元，每日可处理市区生活垃圾以及水阁工业区可燃垃圾400吨，年垃圾处理量达到13万吨。同时，配套建设有1台7.5兆瓦的发电机组，利用焚烧过程中，余热锅炉产生的大量高温高压蒸汽，推动汽轮机发电机组进行发电，年发电量达3500万千瓦时。
