西北商品交易市场有限公司（以下简称交易市场）成立于2013年4月，注册资金5000万。交易市场在甘肃省人民政府、省商务厅、庆阳市人民政府、庆阳市商务局等部门的协调和支持下，由甘肃省西峰瑞信村镇银行股份有限公司、甘肃富顺集团有限公司共同筹建。为响应（国发〔2011〕38号）和（国办发〔2012〕37号）文件精神，市场以西北特色农产品和具有地理标志的品牌商品为交易对象，实行非标准化品牌商品即期交易。
