农场创立于2011年，前三年的时间，我们让土地休耕三年，慢慢修复土地的关系。我们重新建立土壤里微生物精细的平衡，使系统内的资源和养分循环不息；合理的轮作计划，投放蚯蚓与休耕等措施，让土地得以休养生息，恢复健康活力。我们设计耕作系统、建立生物栖息地，对农场的物种进行合理设计和有益干预，通过园区内种养殖等板块的生态平衡， 从“资源—产品—废弃物—再生资源”，构建互生的、复合的、循环的生态系统。
