The company is affiliated with the Hunan Electric Power Survey and Design Institute of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. It is a new joint-stock enterprise with electric power engineering technology consulting services; research, development, and sales of electric power equipment; engineering survey, design, treatment, testing, monitoring, and supervision; engineering measurement; and geotechnical engineering technology development, research, and related technical services such as geological hazard investigation, assessment, treatment, and construction.
Our company has a first-class team of experts and technicians. The company currently has 80 professional and technical personnel of various types, including 30 postgraduate degree holders and 50 undergraduate degree holders. Among them are 5 national registered geotechnical engineers, 2 registered surveyors, 12 senior engineers, 21 engineers, and 2 senior technicians. Our company has complete qualifications and holds various qualification certificates: National Grade A Surveying and Mapping Qualification; Grade B Engineering Survey Qualification; Grade B Geological Hazard Treatment Engineering Investigation Qualification; Grade B Geological Hazard Treatment Engineering Design Qualification; Grade B Geological Hazard Treatment Engineering Construction Qualification; Grade B Geological Hazard Risk Assessment Qualification. It has passed the three-standard management system certification and CMA metrological certification.

The market share of electric power survey within Hunan Province is over 75%, and the market share outside the province is increasing year by year, mainly including Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Chongqing, and other regions.
