It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and production of high-end semiconductor lasers. Raybow Optoelectronics possesses a complete set of core technologies, from semiconductor laser chip epitaxial design, materials, and chip manufacturing processes to chip packaging, characterization, and testing.
