1.客户技术支持与需求分析
o赴客户现场（数据中心、设备商实验室等）完成光模块（如400G/800G QSFP-DD/OSFP）的安装、联调与验收，确保与交换机/路由器（如华为、思科、Broadcom芯片组）兼容
o主导样品测试全流程：制定测试方案（含眼图、误码率、温循性能等关键指标）、协调资源完成验证，输出《现场测试报告》
o识别客户现场问题（如兼容异常、高温掉速、误码率超标），通过日志分析、波形抓取（示波器）、协议解析（Wireshark）定位根因
o基于国际协议（如IEEE、MSA）及客户需求，设计光模块的适配性测试方案，确保产品符合行业标准。
2.跨部门协同与市场对接
o协调销售、研发、生产团队，将客户需求精准转化为产品规格，推动需求落地与交付保障。
o反馈市场动态及竞品信息至研发部门，协助优化产品设计并跟踪市场反应

任职要求
1. 教育背景
本科及以上学历，光电技术、通信工程、电子工程等相关专业。
2. 技术能力
深入理解高速光芯片（如DFB、EML）及光模块（25G/100G/200G/400G）设计原理、技术指标及典型应用场景。
熟悉高速测试仪表（示波器、BERT、光谱仪）操作，能独立完成模块级性能验证及问题分析。
熟悉接口标准：QSFP-DD/OSFP/CFP系列封装，协议IEEE 802.3bs/cd（400G/800G）、OIF-CEI（电信号规范）；
掌握协议分析工具：Wireshark（抓包解析）、I²C/MDIO调试工具（Total Phase Beagle）
3. 实践经验
2年以上光芯片/模块研发经验，或3年以上销售技术支持/FAE经验，具备客户端问题攻关成功案例。
熟悉光通信产品从设计到量产的全流程，擅长跨部门协作推动问题解决。
4. 软技能
出色的客户沟通能力，能精准提炼技术需求并转化为解决方案。
抗压性强，适应高频出差，具备多任务并行处理及快速响应能力。
英语熟练，可独立撰写技术文档并参与英文会议沟通。

加分项
具备数据中心、5G承载网等场景的光模块落地项目经验。
熟悉LPO、CPO等新型技术方案或硅光集成技术者优先。
