岗位职责：
1、协助处理公司质量/环境/职业健康安全管理体系的建立、实施、维护与改进；(含CE、节能等认证) 2、贯彻公司质量方针、目标，组织制定质量管理制度、标准并监督执行；
3、组织、协调质量部完成各项质量管控工作；落实监督和检查生产工艺布局和工艺纪律；
4、牵头处理公司内、外部质量异常，持续开展内部质量改进工作，降低质量成本；
5、负责质量队伍建设，做好质量人员的选、招、用、育、留、考等工作；
6、负责公司质量培训工作，组织编制质量培训教材，组织各种形式的质量培训，促进质量意识与质量文化的形成； 7、负责公司监视与测量设备的计量管理工作；
8、参与供应商管理，负责对供方进行质量体系审核、产品审核、过程审核； 9、负责对外质量相关事宜的沟通、联络；
10、因公司业务发展需要所安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、具有大专以上学历，机械、电气、信息工程等相关专业毕业；
2、具有10年以上的工作经验，其中五年以上质量/环境/职业健康安全管理体系推动、审核等相关工作的管理经验；
3、熟悉公司的工艺工序、工作原理与机理，具备亲自动手操作能力；
4、熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；
5、精通ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001等管理体系；
6、Office办公软件操作熟练，抗压性好，大局观好，思路清晰，具有较强的组织、管理、沟通协调和问题处理能力；
7、工作态度认真，积极负责，具有较强的创新意识。
