Shanghai Lingang New Area Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lingang Investment Control Group") was established in February 2004 and was transformed into group operation in early 2022 from the original Lingang City Investment Company. It is a state-owned investment and development platform under the Administrative Committee of Lingang New Area.
From the first cross-regional municipal road in Lingang, the first 5A-grade intelligent building, to the first price-limited housing community and the first double-limited (price and sales) housing community in Shanghai, and then to the first major Shanghai municipal project and the first batch of government financing guarantee institutions in Shanghai and the first digital cloud control platform in Lingang New Area after the unveiling of Lingang New Area, over the past two decades, Lingang Investment Control Group has been deeply engaged in Lingang New Area as the main force and assault team in development and construction.
The Group firmly grasps the major historical opportunity of the superposition of two national strategies, namely Pudong leading area and Lingang New Area.
