Shanghai Port City Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Port City Group) was established in April 2002 with a registered capital of 5.675 billion yuan, affiliated to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Department of Pudong New Area. Port City Group is the development entity for the 68-square-kilometer main urban area of Lingang New City, responsible for the development and construction of infrastructure, urban functions, and industrial functions of the main urban area of Lingang, with Dishui Lake as the core, committed to promoting the integrated development of industry and city in the region.
