It is building an additional 300,000 wafers per month "High-end Silicon Wafer R&D and Advanced Manufacturing Project for Integrated Circuits" in Lingang, Shanghai. The newly established second-level subsidiary, Shanghai Xinsheng Jingke Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., will undertake the construction of the slicing, grinding, and polishing production lines in the "High-end Silicon Wafer R&D and Advanced Manufacturing Project for Integrated Circuit Manufacturing," while another third-level subsidiary, Shanghai Xinsheng Jingrui Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., will undertake the construction of the crystal pulling production lines in the "Single Crystal Silicon Ingot Crystal Growth R&D and Advanced Manufacturing Project for Integrated Circuit Manufacturing." After the project is completed, the total production capacity of Shanghai Xinsheng's 12-inch semiconductor silicon wafers for integrated circuits will reach 600,000 wafers per month, further strengthening its business foundation and increasing market share.
