Business Scope
GTA has passed the IATF16949 automotive quality system certification and possesses extensive experience in automotive chip manufacturing and quality management. It is the first automotive-grade chip manufacturing supplier in mainland China to pass the VDA 6.3 (VDA is the German Association of the Automotive Industry) process audit as an A-level supplier. It has established proprietary process platforms for power management integrated circuits (PMIC), controllers, power devices (IGBT, SGT, FRD, TVS, etc.), silicon carbide devices (JBS, MOSFET), and micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS).
In the automotive chip sector, its main coverage includes: IGBT/FRD, applied to energy storage, main drive inverters for new energy vehicles, charging piles, and automotive igniters; BCD/TVS, applied to power main drive, battery management, charging piles, and electronic braking; Bipolar, applied to power management, electric sunroofs, smart door controls, and body lighting; and MEMS, applied to tire pressure monitoring, airbags, body stability control, ABS systems, automotive radar, and silicon photonics communications.
