Shanghai Huali, under Hua Hong Group, started in 2010. As an integrated circuit chip manufacturing enterprise, Huali possesses advanced process technology and comprehensive solutions, focusing on providing one-stop chip manufacturing technical services for design companies, IDM companies, and other system companies across different technology nodes from 65/55nm to 28/22nm. Huali operates two 12-inch fully automated wafer foundries: Hua Hong Fab 5 and Hua Hong Fab 6. Hua Hong Fab 5 is the first 12-inch fully automated integrated circuit chip manufacturing production line in mainland China, with a monthly production capacity of 38,000 wafers. Hua Hong Fab 6, designed with a monthly production capacity of 40,000 wafers, was completed and started production in October 2018.
