Wuhan Xinxin Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XMC") was established in 2006. It is a leading 12-inch wafer foundry specializing in specialty semiconductor processes, focusing on business areas such as 3D integration, mixed-signal, and specialty memory. The company provides wafer foundry services for various semiconductor products based on multiple technology nodes and process platforms, as well as other supporting services such as R&D prototyping and photomask production.

As the second 12-inch wafer foundry to be constructed and put into mass production in mainland China, XMC has accumulated nearly 20 years of stable operation and production experience, and currently operates two wafer fabs. With a global perspective and Wuhan as its hub, the company has established a service base and operational network covering the globe, forming stable and close partnerships with upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain.

XMC has always strictly adhered to quality control and environmental, safety, and health management systems, and has obtained certifications including IATF16949 for automotive industry quality management systems and ISO9001 for quality management systems. Many of the company's technologies and products have been widely applied in downstream fields such as automotive electronics, industrial control, consumer electronics, and computers.
