Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfeng Motor Group") was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 7, 2005. Dongfeng Motor Group's business covers a full range of commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, military vehicles, new energy vehicles, key automotive assemblies and components, automotive equipment, mobility services, and automotive finance. Its domestic operations are mainly distributed in more than 20 cities across the country, including Wuhan, Shiyan, Xiangyang, Guangzhou, Liuzhou, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Dalian, and others. Dongfeng Motor Group has established an overseas R&D base in Sweden, holds a stake in Stellantis Group, and conducts global cooperation and collaboration with more than 10 international vehicle and parts manufacturers, with products sold to over 80 countries worldwide. In 2022, the group sold 2.4645 million vehicles, ranking third among domestic automobile manufacturers with a market share of 9.17%. As of December 31, 2022, it had a vehicle production capacity of approximately 3.85 million units, occupying a leading position.

Dongfeng Motor Group has a complete commercial vehicle industry chain layout and excellent product characteristics, making it a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer. The company conducts its commercial vehicle business through its controlling subsidiaries, including Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Special Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., and Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd., among others. Dongfeng Motor Group has a complete passenger vehicle product line, maintaining a leading position in the domestic automotive industry for a long time, with broad market influence and high brand awareness. Its passenger vehicle business is mainly conducted through its branch company Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company, its controlling subsidiary Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd., and its joint ventures Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. In the field of independent new energy vehicles, Dongfeng Motor Group has fully completed the strategic layout of new energy vehicle brands, platforms, products, key assemblies, and core technology resources, forming a brand layout covering luxury (Mengshi M brand), high-end (Voyah brand), mid-range (Aeolus, etc.), and economy (Nano) segments.

Dongfeng Motor Group's automotive finance business has shown good development momentum in recent years, achieving full online business processes and increasingly supporting the vehicle business. Retail finance business, dealer inventory financing business, corporate finance business, and aftermarket services are mainly conducted through its controlling subsidiaries Dongfeng Motor Finance Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Motor Finance Co., Ltd. (note: may refer to the same entity; if separate, please adjust), Chuangge Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Nissan Auto Finance Co., Ltd., and Dongfeng Nissan Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.
