HMI (Hanmin Micro Measurement Technology) was founded in Silicon Valley, USA, and is a global leader in "image verification systems" for advanced semiconductor processes, renowned for its excellent skip-scan inspection and stable electron gun technology. The two companies strategically merged with ASML in 2007 and 2016 respectively, and through the technological integration and innovation of the three parties, they provide comprehensive lithography solutions to world-renowned semiconductor manufacturers.
