Baolong Group was established in Macau in 1990. Adhering to the corporate mission of "Let spaces feel loved," Baolong has continuously expanded its business operations, forming a diversified industrial landscape with coordinated development across real estate, commerce, hotels, culture and arts, among other sectors. The Group aims to become a respected century-old enterprise and a leading urban commercial operator. To date, Baolong Group's total assets approach 200 billion yuan, with over 10,000 employees active across more than 200 companies both domestically and internationally, and cumulative charitable donations exceeding 1.4 billion yuan.

Since 2003, Baolong Real Estate has focused on developing and operating comprehensive commercial real estate projects. In 2009, it was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: HK.1238), and has been honored as one of "China's Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises" for sixteen consecutive years and "Top 10 Brand Value of China's Commercial Real Estate Companies" for ten consecutive years. To date, it has developed over 200 high-quality property projects in more than 50 cities across the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, Bohai Economic Rim, West Strait Economic Zone, Hainan International Tourism Island, and Central and Western regions. Commercial projects encompass three major product lines: Baolong One City, Baolong City, and Baolong Plaza; residential projects range from mid-to-high-end commercial housing to villas and other property types. Since 2007, Baolong Commercial has been providing commercial operation services to developers, tenants, and owners of retail commercial properties, and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2019 (stock code: HK.9909). As one of the few commercial operation service providers in China with expertise and capabilities in managing diversified retail commercial property portfolios, it operates four main brands: "Baolong One City," "Baolong City," "Baolong Plaza," and "Baolong Tiandi." To date, the company and its affiliates have deployed over 130 projects, with 70 projects opened cumulatively, of which nearly 30 are third-party projects; the contracted commercial management area amounts to approximately 13 million square meters. Baolong Commercial also provides property management services for residential properties, office buildings, and serviced apartments, with contracted residential property management area exceeding 23 million square meters.

After 20 years of development, Baolong Hotels has深耕 the hotel industry and now collaborates with several internationally renowned hotel groups, while also creating its own art-branded chain hotels, launching art-themed self-operated brands such as "Yijun," "Yiyue Premium," and "Yiyue." Furthermore, Baolong Hotels has expanded its business scope to cover four major business lines: hotel operations and management, hotel positioning, design and construction, long-term rental apartment leasing, and office building leasing asset management, with a total managed operational area exceeding 760,000 square meters.

Baolong Culture has established cultural and artistic institutions such as Baolong Art Museum, Shucang Tower, Baolong Painting Academy, Baolong Art Center, and Yanwu Gallery, forming a comprehensive and multi-dimensional cultural industry chain that encompasses public welfare cultural undertakings, collection and artistic creation, and art business operations.
