CCTEB is a national construction general contracting enterprise with new special-grade qualifications covering all industries, also holding special-grade qualifications for municipal public works construction general contracting and highway engineering construction general contracting.

Currently, CCTEB has 24 major secondary operating units and over a thousand ongoing projects, spanning 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, as well as Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions, with overseas marketing networks covering 37 countries.

Over the past 55 years since its establishment, CCTEB created the 'Shenzhen Speed' of one floor in three days, writing a byword for China's reform and opening-up. It has undertaken or participated in the construction of high-rise buildings across 20 provinces, regions, and cities in China, including the Shanghai World Financial Center (492 meters), Tianjin 117 Tower (597 meters), and Beijing China Zun (528 meters). Cumulatively, it has won 243 Luban Gold Awards (National Quality Engineering Awards) and over 1,400 patents. In recent years, CCTEB has leveraged its 'four-in-one' advantages in planning and design, investment and development, infrastructure, and building general contracting to participate in urban construction and develop quality residential projects, continuously expanding into emerging businesses such as building industrialization, underground space, water conservancy and water affairs, energy conservation and environmental protection, achieving high-quality development. During the Spring Festival of 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out nationwide, CCTEB personnel rushed forward against the tide, going all out to construct the Huoshenshan and Leishenshan emergency hospitals, assisting in the construction of 'Xiaotangshan' hospitals and 'mobile cabin hospitals' across the country, contributing to the fight against the pandemic.

Now, CCTEB has developed into a modern enterprise group with annual contract amounts exceeding 500 billion yuan and operating revenues exceeding 270 billion yuan, achieving a business scale equivalent to 345th place in the Fortune Global 500. It has been repeatedly awarded the National Civilized Unit for three consecutive terms and has won the National May Day Labor Award four times, striving unremittingly towards the goal of 'becoming a world-class investment and construction group.'
