(WIT) is the first Sino-foreign joint venture terminal company in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River, controlled by China Communications Group, which is listed in Hong Kong, with a registered capital of RMB 130 million. The improvement and innovation of Yangluo Port's functions have greatly enhanced and expanded the influence and radiation of Wuhan New Port. The "Wuhan Yangluo Port—Shanghai Yangshan Port" direct river-sea route was officially opened in 2009, ensuring seamless connection between inland river shipping and international trunk line transport, achieving the goal of Wuhan foreign trade containers reaching Shanghai Yangshan International Port within 48 hours. It has become an important achievement in the province and city's "big customs clearance" construction and has promoted the development of an export-oriented economy in the central and western regions. It has opened a convenient waterway for foreign trade transport in the central and western regions. In 2009, Yangluo Port and Dongxihu Bonded Logistics Center initially realized "zone-port interaction," and the provincial government approved the port's opening to foreign vessels, achieving a series of breakthroughs in the port's "big customs clearance" construction.
