Tiesiyuan (Hubei) Engineering Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd.
Is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1990, and is one of the earliest supervision enterprises established in China. It is now a national high-tech enterprise, a council member unit of the China Construction Supervision Association, an executive council member unit of the Railway Construction Supervision Association, and the president unit of the Hubei Province Supervision Association. Its comprehensive strength ranks among the top in the national supervision industry. It holds the comprehensive qualification for engineering supervision of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Grade A qualification for highway engineering of the Ministry of Transport. Its business scope covers construction supervision for all professional categories of construction projects, including railways, highways, urban rail transit, underwater tunnels, independent bridges, building construction, municipal engineering, and electromechanical systems, as well as whole-process consulting for construction projects.
After more than 30 years of development, the supervision company has cultivated a group of senior gold-medal chief supervisors, formed a set of standardized supervision management specifications, and completed a series of super-large projects in China and even the world, such as the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway. It has cumulatively won more than 30 awards, including the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize, the China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award, the National Quality Engineering Award, the National Municipal Demonstration Engineering Award, and the Locomotive Quality Engineering Award. It has repeatedly won the title of "Excellent Supervision Unit" at the provincial and ministerial levels, and was awarded "Engineering Supervision Enterprise for Jointly Creating Luban Prize Projects" and "Advanced Engineering Supervision Enterprise for the 20th Anniversary of China's Construction Supervision Innovation and Development" by the China Construction Supervision Association.
