Xi'an Survey and Design Institute Engineering Consulting Management Co., Ltd. is one of the large-scale engineering consulting and supervision enterprises in China, currently a state-owned holding enterprise, headquartered in Xi'an High-tech Zone. The company currently holds multiple qualifications including Class A for railway engineering supervision, Class A for highway engineering supervision, Class A for municipal public engineering supervision, Class A for building construction engineering supervision, and Class A for geological disaster treatment engineering supervision; and has passed the ISO9001\ISO14001\OHSAS18001 three-system certification. Its business scope covers project management, technical consulting, and construction supervision services for all types of construction projects including railway, municipal, highway, building construction, geological disaster treatment, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, water conservancy and hydropower, and electric power communication. As a subsidiary of the China Railway * Survey and Design Institute Group, the company has unique advantages in human resources, technology, and management. It currently has more than 1,500 employees, of which technical personnel account for about 80%, and more than 1,200 personnel hold various professional qualification certificates. A total of 48 person-times have been selected as experts in the bid evaluation committees of the Ministry of Railways, Xi'an Railway Bureau, and Shaanxi Province Engineering Bidding Evaluation Committee. The company is currently a member unit of multiple organizations such as the China Association of Engineering Supervision, the Chinese Civil Engineering Society, and the China Railway Engineering Construction Supervision Association, and is a vice-chairman unit of the Shaanxi Province Engineering Supervision Association. In recent years, it has won national-level awards: the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway won the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize, the 100 Classic and Quality Projects Award for the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of New China, the Ninth China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Prize, and the Centennial 100 Outstanding Civil Engineering Award; the Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway won the Centennial 100 Outstanding Civil Engineering Award, and Fuzhou South Station won the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize; the Hubei Section of the Newly Built Hefei-Wuhan Railway won the Tenth Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Prize; Xi'an West Third Ring Road won the 2011 China Municipal Gold Cup Award; Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 Phase II Project won the 2013 China Municipal Gold Cup Award; the Four-Generation System Integration Communication Signal System of the Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line and the Hubei Section of the Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Line respectively won the National Quality Award for 2014-2015; Wuxi Metro Line 1 and Nanchang Metro Line 1 respectively won the National Quality Gold Award for 2016-2017; Nanjing Metro and the Electric Power and Traction Power Supply System of the Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line respectively won the National Quality Award for 2016-2017; the Four-Generation System Integration and Related Projects of the Hunan Section of the Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line and the Dongfeng Tunnel of the Yunnan Section of the Yunnan-Guangxi Railway respectively won the National Quality Award for 2018-2019; the Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line won the 14th Zhan Tianyou Prize; Xi'an Metro Line 1 won the 2015-2016 China Installation Engineering Quality Award. Provincial and ministerial level awards include: the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway won the 2009 first prize for high-quality locomotive engineering; Xi'an West Third Ring Road won the 2009 Shaanxi Province Municipal Gold Cup Demonstration Project; the tunnel and station project from Guanyinqiao to Hongqihegou on the Chongqing Light Rail Line 3 won the 2010 Chongqing Three Gorges Cup High-Quality Structural Engineering Award, and the Jialing River Bridge project won the 2011 "Bayu Cup", with Phase I and II projects winning the 2012 "Bayu Cup" respectively, and Phase II project winning the 2013 Chongqing Municipal Gold Cup Award; Wuxi Metro Line 1 and Nanjing Metro Airport Line won the 2015 Jiangsu Province "Yangtze River Cup"; Kaili South Station and related projects on the Guizhou Section of the Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line won the 2015 Guizhou Province "Huangguoshu Cup"; Shenzhen Metro Line 7 BT Project won the 2015 Guangdong Province High-Quality Structural Engineering Award; Wuxi Metro Line 2 won the 2016 Jiangsu Province "Yangtze River Cup"; Shaanxi Grand Theater won the 2017 Shaanxi Province Building High-Quality Structural Engineering Award; the north extension of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 won the 2017 Chongqing Municipal Gold Cup Award; Shenzhen Metro Line 7 (Huanggang Village Station, Fumin Station) and Shenzhen Metro Line 7 Lot 7603 (traffic relief project, including street light relocation and restoration project) won the second half of 2017 Shenzhen High-Quality Structural Engineering Award; Shenzhen Metro Line 7 (Fumin-Huanggang Port section, Huanggang Port Station, Huanggang Port-Fulin section) won the 2018 Shenzhen High-Quality Engineering Award; Guangzhou Metro Line 13 won the 2018 Guangzhou Construction Engineering Quality Award; Chongqing Metro Line 4 won the 2018 Chongqing Shancheng Cup Installation Engineering Quality Award.
