China Nuclear Maintenance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CNM) is affiliated to China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and is a specialized company under China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Corporation (stock code: 601611) dedicated to nuclear power plant inspection and maintenance services. As a key force in nuclear island maintenance of nuclear power plants in China, CNM also serves as the implementing and supporting unit for the engineering rescue team of the China Nuclear Emergency Rescue Team and the operation skills training base project of the China Nuclear Emergency Rescue Team.
In 1988, CNM's predecessor, the Maintenance Team of China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Company, was established at Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. In 2014, following the strategic deployment of the former China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Group, all maintenance resources were integrated, leading to the formal establishment of China Nuclear Maintenance Co., Ltd. in 2015. Currently, the company has over 10 branches and nearly 5,000 employees.
For over 30 years, CNM has upheld the "Four Alls" spirit of the nuclear industry and the "Two Bombs, One Satellite" spirit, growing alongside the development of China's nuclear industry. The company has undertaken and completed more than 200 nuclear island refueling overhauls, routine maintenance, and engineering modifications for all commercial nuclear power plants in mainland China, covering reactor types such as CNP300, CNP650, CANDU, VVER, CPR1000, AP1000, and EPR. It has repeatedly been awarded the title of "Five-Star Service Supplier" by CGN Power and its nuclear power plants.
