青岛建学工程检测中心有限责任公司成立于2013年6月20日，于2014年1月24日首次取得山东省质量技术监督局颁发的资质认定计量认证证书， 2017年10月10日取得山东省住房和城乡建设厅颁发的建设工程质量检测机构资质证书。公司现有办公面积1018平方米，检测面积800平方米；具有水泥室、配比室、砂石室、土工室、环境室、卷材室、涂料室、力学室、抗渗室、结构室、化学室共11个检测室，配置检测设备117台（套），机构目前配备专业技术人员17名，满足鉴定所日常工作需求，并可面向社会提供工程质量检测服务。
