河南豫中起重集团有限公司前身河南省豫中起重设备厂，创业于1978年，位于河南省长垣工业区，1995年国有企业改制为股份合作企业“河南省豫中起重设备厂”。为了更好适应市场发展需求，将企业“做大、做强、做精”，企业决策层与时俱进，高瞻远瞩，于2005年5月将原“河南省豫中起重设备厂”整合为“河南豫中起重集团有限公司”，为“河南省豫中起重集团”的母公司，控股六个子公司，百余家销售服务机构辐射全国，是集研发、制造、安装、物流、咨询为一体的大型企业集团。集团总占地33万平方米，拥有资产2.2亿元，各种生产、检测设备1000台套，公司现有员工1600人，其中高级工程师26人，工程师75人，专业技术人员180人，经济师7人，会计师6人。公司下设九个职能部门和十四个车间，年生产能力12500多台套。
