岗位职责：
1、负责公司后台技术研发平台的整体架构设计、核心模块搭建及关键业务流程优化。
2、发现和解决业务系统的技术问题，保证系统性能和稳定性。
3、完成相关项目的后台开发工作，负责服务器运行环境的安装、调试和部署。
4、参与需求调研，负责系统架构设计及详细设计工作。

任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，精通J2EE体系及主流技术框架，熟练使用SSM（Spring Boot、SpringMVC、MyBatis）等。
2、熟悉HTML、JavaScript及Vue等前端开发技术，掌握主流开发平台及版本控制工具（如SVN、Git）。
3、熟悉SQL Server、Oracle、DB2等大型数据库开发，掌握存储过程、触发器等运用。
4、熟悉Tomcat、Nginx、Jboss等中间件的配置及使用，熟悉Linux环境下的应用部署及常用命令。
5、对Java多线程、并发、分布式、集群编程经验丰富，熟悉Memcache、Redis、FastDFS、Hadoop、ELK等技术框架者优先。
6、熟悉Cursor、GitHub Copilot、通义灵码等 AI 编程辅助工具，能运用其提升编码效率、生成单元测试及代码解释与重构。
7、具备人机协作编程意识，可批判性评估AI生成代码的质量与安全性，确保符合项目规范。
8、具备优秀的学习能力、沟通协作能力及解决问题能力，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神。
