Wuhan Hesheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Minth Group in Wuhan. Minth Group Limited was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 1, 2005 (stock code: 425).
Minth Group and its subsidiaries are engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of passenger vehicle trim strips, body structural parts, and automotive decorative parts in the People's Republic of China, North America, and Thailand, and export to global markets including Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. It has become a leading supplier of these three core product categories in China's passenger vehicle parts market.
Since its establishment, the Group has set up numerous production bases in East China, South China, North China, Central China, and Southwest China, forming a manufacturing and sales service network covering key automotive industrial bases nationwide. At the same time, the Group continuously promotes sales of its products in North American, European, Japanese, Australian, and Southeast Asian markets, and has established sales, project management, and R&D networks in major automotive markets worldwide, including Detroit in the United States and Tokyo in Japan. In addition, the Group is actively expanding its business in emerging global markets. In January 2008, it established MINTH AAPICO (Thailand) CO., Limited as a joint venture with AAPICO Hitech Public Company in Thailand; in October 2009, it established MINTH Mexico, S.A.
